Recommended treatment time is 45 or 60 minutes, most times it is done as weekly treatment or in some instances two, three times per week. The number of sessions varies greatly on the condition that is treated. For example: post surgery swelling can be resolved in just a few sessions where in case of the lymphedema MLD becomes very important in management of the condition.

Discover the potential benefits of reflexology! While it may not be included in every extended benefit plan, we encourage you to reach out to your provider to see if reflexology is covered for you!

Navigating a breast cancer diagnosis in September 2019 and the subsequent journey through treatments in 2020 compelled me to seek a change in my life’s direction.

Amidst the trials of 2020, I embarked on a transformative path by enrolling in a Reflexology course that September. With determination, I navigated the challenges of lockdowns and uncertainties throughout 2021, building up the practical hours and emerging successfully in my exams to become a Reflexologist.

My commitment to excellence is further underscored by my achievement of RCRT™ (Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist) certification granted by the Reflexology Association of Canada. This vital certification not only empowers clients to seek reimbursement through their benefits package if it covers these therapeutic services but also attests to my adherence to an exacting standard of competency and Code of Conduct and Ethics.

In addition to Foot Reflexology, I hold a certificate in Indian Head Massage and have also fulfilled the requirements for Hot Stone Reflexology and Facial Reflexology.

In embracing my role as a Reflexologist, I am poised to dedicate my time to the well-being of others. By imparting relaxation, alleviating stress, and fostering wellness, I aspire to make a positive impact on the lives of those I am privileged to serve.

This journey is deeply meaningful to me, and I’m enthusiastic about contributing to the enhancement of individuals’ lives through the healing potential of Reflexology.
